What the mapping facility does

The mapping facility contains aerial photographs of the Waikato Region and details about the resource consents held with Environment Waikato. You enter a query and the programme will draw you a related map.

This mapping facility shows details of:

• resource consents that have been granted by Environment Waikato
• resource consents that have expired since 1 July 2000 but are allowed to continue (under existing use provisions of the Resource Management Act)
• applications that are complete (as required by the Resource Management Act) and can be processed by Environment Waikato
• dairy effluent discharges to land that are permitted under the Proposed Waikato Regional Plan.
